PLANNING GAIN EXAMPLE:  After due diligence, cost appraisals and feasibility study, we designed 14 No New Luxury Apartments on a very tight brownfield infill site subject to flood risk assessments. We successfully achieved full Planning approvals for the proposed demolition of redundant commercial premises and the provision of the new apartments. With this Planning gain secured, the asset was revalued at + 180% added value on top of the original purchase price.
